It has a spicy, warm herbal aroma, rich and deep. Thyme has been known since ancient times as a medicinal herb. It contains a large amount of thymol. Thyme supports the immune, respiratory, digestive, nervous and other systems of the body. The ORAC value for thyme is approximately 159,590 (TE/L). TE/L is expressed as Trolox equivalent in µmol/L.

Application and dosage:

dilute 1:4 with vegetable oil or V-6 oil
the oil is considered safe (GRAS) for internal use by the FDA
apply 1-3 drops to the affected area
for oral administration, place in a capsule, 2 times a day, if necessary
rubbing: 6 drops per 15 g of carrier oil
inhale from the palms or from a bottle (cold inhalations 3-5 minutes)
5-6 drops in Diffuser, 20 min each
in the bath 3-4 drops per emulsifier
