M-Grain is a fantastic blend that has been specifically formulated to relieve stress and migraines. The mixture will help relieve both minor pain and severe headaches. The oil has anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic and analgesic effects.<\/p>\n

Natural remedies for migraine include M-Grain, PanAway, Clarity essential oil blends. Each of the oils or their combination brings great relief.<\/p>\n

Apply 1-2 drops of oil all over the back of the neck, on the two bumps at the base of the skull and the fossa between them, on the temples, on the forehead and on the shoulders. Inhale the remaining oil on the palms with full breasts. Usually, if you use M-Grain when a migraine attack begins, you can quickly stop the attack.<\/p>\n

M-Grain, Di-Gize, and Peppermint are very good remedies for morning sickness. Apply one of these products behind the ears and on the stomach to relieve morning sickness.<\/p>\n

Lavender (Lavender) essential oil – analgesic, anti-infective, anticoagulant, antispasmodic, anti-inflammatory, relieves muscle spasms, sprain pain, headache; pain with burns, inflammation and skin diseases, prevents the formation of scars and stretch marks; calms, uplifts, relieves stress.<\/p>\n

Roman Chamomile (Roman Chamomile) – relieves anxiety, tension, insomnia, muscle tension and inflammation; removes toxins from the liver, where anger is stored; clears mental blocks.<\/p>\n

Peppermint (Peppermint) – anti-inflammatory, antiviral, antispasmodic, analgesic; stimulates the mind and sense of awareness. Dr. William N. Dember of the University of Cincinnati found that inhaling Peppermint oil increased mental accuracy by 28 percent.<\/p>\n

dilute 1:1 with vegetable oil or V-6 oil
