The main components of the oil:
\nalpha- and beta-pinene, camphene, sabinene, myrcene, cymene, terpinene, terpinolene, terpinen-4-ol, alpha-terpineol, alpha- and beta-phellandrene, 1,8-cineol, limonene, linalool, geraniol, safrole, eugenol, isoeugenol, methyleugenol, myristicin, elemicin. The oil contains about 80% monoterpene hydrocarbons, 10% terpene alcohols and their acetates, and about 10% phenylallyl derivatives (eugenol, methyleugenol, safrole, myristicin, elemicin, isoelemicin), which affect not only the smell, but also the medical and biological properties oils.<\/p>\n
