use undiluted

\nApply 2-4 drops to wrists, temples, forehead, back of neck, behind ears
\napply 1-3 drops to the affected area
\nfor oral administration, place in a capsule, 2 times a day, if necessary
\ninhale from the palms or from a bottle –
\n5-8 drops in a diffuser for 30 minutes 3 times a day, or as needed
\nin the bath 5-6 drops per emulsifier<\/p>\n
