Bunches of juniper berries were hung in doorways in medieval times to ward off witches and evil spirits. For centuries, juniper has been used as a diuretic, for headaches, arthritis, and infectious diseases. Until recently, branches of juniper and rosemary were burned in the wards of French hospitals to protect themselves from infection.

Acts as: antiseptic, astringent, antispasmodic, detoxifies, promotes the elimination of toxins, washes the lymphatic system, digestion stimulant, cleanses the liver of toxins, diuretic, stimulates the circulation of fluid through the kidneys, promotes nerve regeneration.

Juniper essential oil is suitable for the care of any type of skin, because. has healing properties, increases blood circulation in all layers of the skin and removes toxins and free radicals.

dilute 1:1 with vegetable oil or V-6 oil
can be used in pure form
the oil is considered safe (GRAS) for internal use by the FDA
apply 1-3 drops to the affected area
for oral administration, place in a capsule, 2 times a day, if necessary
apply to Vita Flex points – in the Raindrop Technique massage – layer-by-layer application of oils
inhale from the palms or from a bottle –
5-8 drops in a diffuser for 30 minutes 3 times a day, or as needed
in the bath 5-6 drops per emulsifier
