Historical information:

Goldenrod is traditionally used to calm the body and mind. It releases the energy of “annoyance” and allows the energy to flow again.
Most of us know goldenrod for its bright yellow flowers that bloom until the end of summer.

The derivative of the gender comes from the Latin word “solidago”, which means “to make whole.”

Did you know that it was the goldenrod that was thrown into the harbor during the Boston Tea Party? Yes, the colonists drank this tea for health and steadfastness and nicknamed it “Freedom Tea”!

Application and dosage:

dilute 1:1 with oil or V-6 oil
apply 1-3 drops to the affected area
for oral administration, place in a capsule if needed

inhale from the palms of your hands or from a bottle
apply to chakras
use during meditation
5-8 drops in a diffuser for 30 minutes 3 times a day, or as needed

Use of pets: Yes. Have your pets sniff it straight from the bottle, or place a drop or two in the palm of your hand and then let it sniff. Or place a drop in the palm of your hand and stroke your pet from head to toe.
