How to use:

for topical application – press 1-8 times on the pump
to create your own massage oil – take 1/8 – ¼ cup V-6 and add 15-30 drops of essential oils
oil can be applied to the skin before applying essential oils
hot oils (Cinnamon, Clove, Peppermint, Thyme, Oregano) require more dilution than neutral oils (Spruce, Fennel, Sage, etc.)
shake well before use
store in dry, cool places
