Tangerine (Mandarin) essential oil – contains esters and aldehydes, which have a sedative and calming effect, relieves anxiety and nervousness; has a high content of limonene, which supports the body

can be used neat, undiluted
apply 2-4 drops on the tummy, legs (feet), ears, wrists

inhale from the palms (1-2 drops) or from a bottle
5-8 drops in a diffuser for 30 minutes 3 times a day, or as needed
in the bath 5-6 drops per emulsifier
