Return and exchange

You can return or exchange a new, unused item within 14 days of purchase.

Please note that not all categories of goods are eligible for returns under the Consumer Protection Act.

Important!
The goods must not lose their presentation. The packaging, sales receipt (or invoice) must be kept.
