Light The Fire
Light the Fire™ is a warm, spicy fragrance based on Northern Lights White Spruce and Black Spruce Lippia from Young Living’s Ecuadorian and Canadian farms. In addition to these ingredients, the mixture also includes nutmeg, cinnamon tree, pahurian okotea, Canadian small-flowered, lemon, pepper and cypress tupolis. D. Gary Young creatively formulated this unique essential oil blend for the 2015 Young Living International Grand Meeting. Diffuse this blend anywhere for an uplifting scent. You can also add the blend to V-6™ Vegetable Oil Complex for a strong flavor. Light the Fire contains natural ingredients beta-caryophyllene, alpha-pinene, beta-pinene and limonene. Apply to desired area. If you have sensitive skin, dilute 15 drops in 10 ml of V-6 Complex. To use as a fragrance: spread the fragrance of the oil by diffusion for a maximum of 10 minutes, 3 times a day. Warnings: Keep out of the reach of children. For external use only. Nutmeg has been considered a valuable culinary spice in Europe since the Middle Ages and is known for its flavor and preservative properties. Nutmeg oil has a distinct aroma with a hint of musk and has become a popular ingredient in perfumery. Since ancient times, nutmeg has traditionally been used topically for seasonal pain, especially when combined with a massage or hot bath. When used aromatically, this oil awakens the senses and helps to relax the body and mind. Nutmeg oil promotes restful sleep throughout the night. Essential oil of Cinnamon bark (Cinnamon bark) – anti-inflammatory – cox-2 inhibitor (COX – cyclooxygenase) – reduces the symptoms of pain and inflammation, powerful antibacterial, antiviral, antifungal, anticoagulant (prevents the formation of blood clots), anti-infectious (intestinal and genitourinary infection), antiparasitic (worms), antioxidant, astringent, stomach protection (ulcers), balances sugar levels, stimulant (immune system, circulation, sexual sphere), cleansing, warming.
Essential oil of Ocotea pakhuriyskaya (Ocotea) – analgesic, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antifungal, disinfectant, antiparasitic, astringent (for diarrhea).
Essential oil of Lemon (Lemon) – antitumor, antiseptic, antifungal, antiviral, astringent, anti-inflammatory, improves microcirculation, immunostimulant (increases the number of white blood cells), digestive, expectorant, improves memory, soothing, rejuvenating for the skin.
Black Pepper essential oil is a flowering vine of the pepper family native to southern India, widely cultivated for its fruit. The fruits are cooked and/or dried to produce white, green and black peppers. Black pepper essential oil is obtained from pepper fruits by steam distillation; it has a strong and sharp stimulating aroma that gives energy. Topical application is closely related to circulatory health. Key Benefits: Activates and stimulates the mind. Maintains the color and condition of the skin.
Essential oil of Cypress (Cypress) – anti-inflammatory, improves blood circulation, strengthens capillaries, antispasmodic (muscles and uterus), antibacterial, anti-infectious, antimicrobial, antiseptic, diuretic, decongestant (lymphatic system and prostate), mucolytic, expectorant, vasoconstrictor, promotes fluid outflow, detoxification.

Application and dosage:
can be used neat, undiluted
apply 2-4 drops on the tummy, legs (feet), ears, wrists
apply to Vita Flex points
inhale from the palms (1-2 drops) or from a bottle
5-8 drops in a diffuser for 30 minutes 3 times a day, or as needed
in the bath 5-6 drops per emulsifier
