Historical information: the name “sage” comes from the Latin word “salvere” and means “to heal or preserve.” In the Middle Ages, Clary Sage was called “cleansing for the eyes”, in those days, an infusion of seeds was used to heal eye diseases.

Clary sage has long been used to alleviate women’s problems associated with menstrual irregularities.

Only this plant contains sclareol – a diterpene alcohol, in its chemical structure very close to the hormones produced in the human body. Thus, Clary Sage stimulates our body to produce more hormones, balancing the male and female hormonal systems.

Medicinal properties: anticoagulant, antioxidant, anticonvulsant, antifungal, antiseptic, antispasmodic, sedative, antidiabetic, antitumor, laxative, cholesterol lowering, estrogen recovery, natural deodorant.

Hair growth disorder and hair loss very often has a hormonal nature. Clary sage promotes estrogen balance, thereby preventing thickening of the membrane around the hair follicle. After all, it is the thickening of the membrane tissue that causes hair loss.

Application and dosage:

dilute 1:1 with vegetable oil or V-6 oil
the oil is considered safe (GRAS) for internal use by the FDA
apply 1-3 drops on the sore spot – apply 2-3 drops on the feet, ankles, wrists
apply 6-8 drops to the lower back during PMS
for oral use, place in a capsule, 2 times a day, if necessary

inhale from the palms or from a bottle –
